A fully digital registration route
Applicants fall into one of two categories — Exempt or Non-exempt — and that category dictates how the application is submitted. Exempt applicants can apply directly. Non-exempt applicants must appoint an ADGM licensed Company Service Provider to submit the application and provide company services such as the registered address and filings on the SPV's behalf.

Three ways to satisfy the registered office requirement
Through a Company Service Provider
An appointed ADGM licensed Company Services Provider offers the use of its registered office address to Non-exempt SPVs.
Through a parent or related entity
An Exempt ADGM SPV may use the registered office address of its ADGM registered parent or related entity.
Through a registered office provider
An ADGM registered legal entity licensed for the activity of 'registered office provider' may offer an address to Exempt SPVs.
